I usually shop at the bigger competitors, but this time I was running out of time and passed by BMR. I was extremely pleased by the customer service. The staff was very welcoming and acknowledged my need for help. Will definitely come back!

Small inventory. If you're looking for something even slightly out of the ordinary, go elsewhere. Only some staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.
